Jami Pflibsen, Owner of Seaside Appraisal Company LLC, State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser that has been licensed since 2016. Jami provides trusted residential appraisal reports to many clients in the Southeast Georgia area. Areas of practice include: New construction, resales, liquidation, manufactured homes, land sales, income properties, refinance, multi-family (2-4 units) FHA, USDA and Conventional loan certified. On the residential side, Jami has worked on numerous projects appraising high-end to mid-market properties including condominiums, deep-water properties, large acreage homesites and multi-family housing. Jami's detached residential experience ranges from large estate work in both Savannah and Richmond Hill as well as low and mid-market housing all over the Coastal Georgia area. Being a Savannah native, and over 20 years in Richmond Hill, gives Jami the knowledge of all the areas she appraises.
Jami holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgia Southern University. Community involvement includes: board service on Richmond Hill Bryan County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill.
Jami and her husband, Scotty, live in Richmond Hill and have two children.

With a background in finance with an economics major, Ashlee heads up our accounting department, ensuring that your funds are accounted for correctly each month. She has sat on several different boards but her most important achievement is her daughter, Charlotte Annie Barker.
